The room is big n spacious. But no wardrobe, no curtain in the bathroom , buy still ok for me. But bed is too hard to sleep!

Lex is in an amazing location. Staff are friendly and the rooms are really comfortable and clean.
There's a small issue of the clubs in the basement that are quite loud and reverberate through the building until about 7am. I was on the 7th floor and could still hear the bass a bit. The staff and listings were very clear about this issue before check in and I'm a pretty deep sleeper, so it's not a problem for be. If you're a light sleeper, maybe the 10th floor or higher would be better... Maybe...

It's easily accessible from the airport (Incheon) and close to the subway station.
I think it's in a great location.
The front desk staff were fluent in English and very helpful.
They were honest about the noise risks from the nightclub and construction, and provided earplugs (although it didn't bother me at all).
I have no complaints about the facilities.
I'd definitely use it again.

There is noise from the club directly below, and construction work is currently underway on the 2nd and 3rd floors during the day, so if you are sensitive to noise, I recommend avoiding this hotel.

I stayed on the 6th floor, and as the reviews said, there was a loud bang from the club on the weekends, but thanks to the double doors it wasn't so loud that I couldn't sleep.
There were a few hairs on the floor, which is annoying for a Japanese person, but I think it's within the acceptable level of cleanliness for an overseas hotel.
Everyone at the reception was friendly and could speak English.
The location was very convenient, close to the shuttle bus from Incheon Airport. If you forgot to buy something at Olive Young, you can just cross the street, which is great. I was also happy that they left three bottles of Maxim Coffee in the amenity section every day so I could drink it in the morning.
I'll stay here again.
