Very nice hotel with great location, all staff can speak English and 7-11 convenience store is just next to the hotel.

Modern boutique vibe. Clean and quiet.
Great staff. I commend the cleaning staff for always leaving fresh towels and water by the door when I did not want to be disturbed.
Convenient location to metro station(~50m away). And excellent local restaurant options near the hotel.
Bonus is the Full size gym that’s located in the building. Free to use for all guests.

clean room, great location (many restaurants, coffee shops, convenience stores, bus stops nearby), nice staff, reasonable price, big window with a view.
the room is smartly designed with a big bathroom and a bathtub - which exceeded my expectations.
10/10 - recommend 👍🏻

The room was dirty seem no one was clean up before, also the fat woman in the reception was poor and impolite during my checked-in (30th June, afternoon around 3-4pm), all in all one of the rubbish hotels in Gangnam and never stay again.

Hotel itself is good, spacious and clean, it is close to bus stop and subway, many places to eat in the opposite road, but a bit far from the airport bus station and it located on the uphill, so quite a struggle with luggages.

Check in was easy, however tooth brushes are not provided so be sure to bring your own. Otherwise you can always get them at the vending machine or 711 besides. Lots of eateries around the hotel which is really convenient! Location is great too , near to subway station . Room is clean and spacious. Gym and laundry room are well equipped and convenient to use!
