Choose this hotel because of the location. Just 2 minutes walk from airport bus stop as well as 5 minutes walk to the metro. The room was comfortable with all the amenities that I need. The staff was really nice and always helpful.

The front desk service was terrible. The staff was very impatient, sighing and even yelling at guests.

Initially, we were given a room on the top floor which was quite noisy. We contacted the front desk through the platform, and they quickly came to help us change rooms. I've stayed here multiple times now; the breakfast is simple but has everything you need.

Excellent hotel with a great location, and it's conveniently on the airport shuttle route! 🎉

The unit bath had a strange smell. The lever on the body soap was stiff, so the lid kept moving, making it difficult to use. The treatment bottle was empty. There were no outlets near the bed, so it was inconvenient to charge my phone. Breakfast was very delicious.

The breakfast is decent, and the location is convenient. The subway isn't too far, and there are many convenience stores nearby. It's a great choice for solo travelers. Although the room is small, it has everything you need.

Always return to this hotel whenever im back in seoul. Located in gangnam district with lots of food options nearby & also conveniently right at an airport limousine bus stop

Location is good

The location and the room was great. However, the breakfast was a bit tasteless. The breakfast at the branch in Dongdaemun is really delicious. The nearest exit is 5 of the metro.

Prime location and easy access to the subway. Free breakfast which is very delicious.

This hotel is conveniently located right on Jiangnan Avenue, with a bus stop directly outside offering airport transfers. The room was a bit small but clean, and the free breakfast was a nice bonus. Overall, good value for money.

The location is incredibly convenient. It's right across the street from the airport bus stop. Bus access is excellent. While Gangnam Station (subway) requires a bit of a walk, there's a highly recommended Michelin-starred Hanwoo (Korean beef) restaurant nearby.
