The hotel was very nice. It had the usual amenities and the room was bigger than many of the other rooms in Gangnam. The tub could have used a shower curtain, but it was still a great hotel.

Conveniently located next to the metro station, hotel staff were friendly and helpful and able to speak in English and mandarin. Rooms were too small though not ideal for more than one guest

The location is great, right next to the metro station. Airport limousine bus also stops right in front of it. There is a bunch of wonderful places around. I had an issue with the room, but the front desk manager helped me change it quickly and without any questions. The bathroom was big and spacious, but it was very weird to take a shower in the bathtub without a curtain, as the water got everywhere and the floor constantly stayed damp.There are a bunch of wonderful places around.

The location is great and very convenient to travel around, but unfortunately, the service was disappointing. The room wasn’t clean, and the housekeeping staff took almost 20 of my shopping bags. When I asked to check the CCTV, they refused and offered no help at all. It was such a terrible experience — I’ll never stay here again.

For the price that we paid (it was like 50% off) it was okay but if any more expensive I would be surprised. The location was good, close to the subway station and major bus stops around 5 minutes walk away.
The staff were super friendly and helpful however, the room was run down. Dirty walls, stained sheets (they have been cleaned but if they are stained surely they should be replaced), and there is no shower curtain so water goes everywhere when having a shower. We asked for room cleaning each day but don't think they changed the sheets just made the bed. Overall it wasn't the worst place I have stayed and if you are looking for a cheap, convenient place to just sleep for a couple of days I can recommend.

No frills hotel for anyone looking to stay in the middle of Gangnam. Clean, comfortable beds and pillows, what more can one ask for. Metro is super close by and there is a 24hr cafe next door, which makes it even more convenient. Great location!
