Hotel check in staff on day 1 wasn’t too friendly. Asked about facilities/ wifi, she passed us a sheet of paper to read. Room booked indicated 7-14, was given lowest floor at 7. Asked abt higher floor, she gave us 8th. We had indicated pref for higher floor during booking, probably wasn’t taken into account
Otherwise overall stay was alright. Location near anguk station, near a lot bakeries and cafe with good options of restaurants. Within walking distance gyeongbokgong palace.

It is literally int the Anyoung Insadong Shopping Mall, off of the main Insadong Street. We(couple) with a teenage daughter stayed at this hotel because this hotel had 3 twin beds as opposed to many others offered only double bed+sofa bed or queen bed+rollaway bed... etc. 2 things for improvement: 1) sink needs drain better 2) add iron and iron board.

Insadong is a nice place to be in! Very helpful front desk staff. Nice waiting area. Luggages can be kept in free lockers. Accessible to shops and cafes and restaurants. Very new and well-maintained! Good food everywhere!

Location is a little further away from main attractions like Myeongdong and Ikseon-dong. Nevertheless it is convenient with convenience store in the same building.

Excellent location, close to metro and buses and walking distance to many key sites, food etc. Rooms are quiet and comfortable, clean and staff very friendly and helpful.
