The room smells from the bad drainage system, and we booked for 5 nights. It’s like sleeping in the toilet throughout the stay, such a torture. the room design is awfully wrong for safety wise. A lot of shallow steps tht you might tripped on, my son got a cut on his toe while i almost sprained my ankle. Water seeping out from shower area no matter how. Curtain doesnt have blackout layer, so it’s too bright in the morning. Metal tissue holder in the toilet is too close to the toilet bowl. Cleanliness is below average. And the price of the stay here is the same as other 5 star hotel nearby. The only thing that deserves a star is the polite staff at the front desk. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Location is fantastic! Just less than 100m walking distance to the famous Myeongdong shopping street and lots of restaurants around. Service was very professional and staff speaks fluent English. They even helped us do our laundry and arrange for a big van to send us to the airport since there are 6 of us. Only unfortunate part is the spa was a waste of space especially for big families and instead of a spa should have more toilets for a room that accommodates 6 person instead of just 1 toilet! Anyway, will still highly recommend this hotel to everyone!!!

I made a reservation to celebrate my friend's birthday, and it was incredibly convenient as it included wine and flowers, so I didn't have to prepare anything separately. The fact that hotel put the flowers in a shopping bag, making it easy to take them home, was really nice. Although the flowers were slightly different from the picture I saw when making the reservation, I was still satisfied with the overall experience. :)

The staff were so welcoming and accommodating! They gave us recommendations on restaurants and transportation throughout the city! The room was comfortable and spacious for our group. The location was great especially for shopping and street food!

Recommend for Couple.
Actually, it took a while to make a reservation due to the other reviews made in chineses. When I booked time, I found some bad things about this hotel. It was meaningless.
The suite was really dope. Also, the design was fabulous. we were so satisfied and enjoyed a happy time. Also, staff friendly & helpful and spoke great English. The spa was also good. They said we should only use bath products (bath bombs) sold in hotels. When I heard that, I couldn’t understand it. However, I understand when I used spa. The drainage is slow, in my opinion. ah, I bought a bath product, it was good. Thus, I highly recommend this accommodation. I will definitely return and stay when I visit Korea.

The hotel is in a good location but the entrance is a little difficult to find. It is located in a small corner in the middle of the street. The service and facilities are not of hotel level. It can only be said that the hotel-level staff did not explain clearly enough during check-in and their English skills were not very good, which caused serious problems. For communication issues, it is recommended to check all the terms and rules clearly when checking in, otherwise guests will be charged unnecessary extra fees when checking out. 😅😅😅 Room cleansing was not provided every day during the stay. I only sent it after urging the front desk staff many times. The staff came to clean up the garbage and collect old towels. I can only say that the price/performance ratio is not high and the service quality is not as good as other hotels. I am disappointed with this stay☹️
