Location wise is great, 1 min walk away from Jongno 3 station. Have plenty of eateries and marts nearby too. Reception service was great too, had issues with the hot shower and the receptionist replied messages at close to midnight time. Overall a great stay!

Hot water supply is not stable. Sometimes it’s cold, sometimes it’s too hot. I can hear noise from the next room too. Everything is good except the two issues mentioned.

I stayed 1 night for 1 king bed and 1 single bed for 3 people. I got there at 10:00 AM. I cannot checkin but staff is friendly (Mr. Kim). He lets me to leave my luggages and move into the room after 02:00 PM (Time checkin) I came back. Location is pretty good where is close exit 5 of the Jongno 3-ga station.
Recommend korea food at "Yookssam Naengmyeon" where is opposite an exit 5 of the Jongno 3-ga station.

Very convenient location, just a few mins walk to the nearest station. Rooms either on the 2nd or 3rd floor (no lift). The staff is very friendly and can speak English.

Even though I asked for an early check-in, I ended up checking in late due to a flight delay...I was getting impatient, but there was a notice posted on the door with instructions in Japanese telling me to enter the room. It's done! He was very kind and reassuring, saying that if I had any problems, I could message him at any time.
The location is good, and there are many izakaya (Japanese pubs) nearby, where old people gather every morning and it's lively. I'm not lonely. lol
The bed is just right, and even in the still chilly spring (end of March), you can rest assured with the underfloor heating. It's a shame that there's no refrigerator, but there's a mini-kitchen on the third floor so you can warm up the things you brought home.
I want to stay there again next time!

For this price, I think it's very good to have a comfortable sized room near the station, with air conditioning, shower, and TV. I am very satisfied with the cost performance.
