Great hotel located in a quieter part of the city with the metro very close by. The suite had everything you need for a comfortable stay including a beautiful view!

The staff were super friendly, helpful and English speaking. Room was on the 30th floor so stunning views. Great hotel in an awesome location close to Metro. Will definitely stay here agaim. Scott the concierge saw us of in the taxi 🚕 and was like leaving a home away from home. Thanks to all the staff. Highly recommended.

The towels are stained. When they make up the room, they did not sweep properly, clean the tables, refill shower gel and replace stained bedsheets. Breakfast is not value for money, very few variety.

Service was top notch plus staffs were all friendly and accommodating! Room cleanliness can be improved as there are some patches of dust and stains on the sofa and chairs. Sheltered linkway from Yongsan train station is currently in construction, will definitely make for a better walking experience once completed.
