Novotel Suites Ambassador Seoul Yongsan

The location was perfect, directly connected to Yongsan Station Exit 3, and the views from the high floor were excellent. We were a party of three, including two children, but only had two sets of slippers and towels. We called and they brought more, but it would have been better if they were there from the start. I felt like the futon was damp, and the kettle spout had mold? Or rust? But there was a sponge and detergent available. The room was spacious and clean, the shower pressure was good, and it even had a washing machine (with detergent). It felt like a waste to only stay for one night.

I stayed here for a 2-day, 1-night trip to Seoul ☺️ It was my first time staying at Novotel Ambassador Suites, and I was really satisfied! It's directly connected to Yongsan Station and IPark Mall, making it super convenient to get around. I stayed in a Junior Suite, and the room condition was excellent, with a fantastic view from the room! The city view of the Han River and Seoul's downtown was truly impressive. With a swimming pool and sauna, it's an excellent place for a 'ho-cance' (hotel vacation) 👍

The environment was clean, and the service was excellent. It was also very convenient, with direct access to the subway. If I ever go to Seoul again, I'd definitely choose to stay here!

The in-room washing machine was super convenient, but there was nowhere to hang the wet clothes. It would be perfect if there was a place to hang clothes opposite the wardrobe. The hotel's location is excellent, with a shopping mall, subway station, and convenience stores nearby. Overall, it's pretty good.

The room was clean and tidy, quite spacious for Seoul. It even had a washing machine. Breakfast was good, especially the rice noodles, which were delicious. The location is also very convenient, right next to the high-speed train station and a shopping mall.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, we really appreciated it. This was our first trip with our child and we were very satisfied. The gym was refreshing and the breakfast was especially good.

I really liked the work of the administrator, the guy, and the young female translator at the front desk. She was very clever and pleasant. And that's about it. It's also probably convenient that a mall and a currency exchange are nearby, but those are everywhere, so it's not really an issue. Honestly, this hotel doesn't deserve more than a 3-star rating. The rooms are messy, the cleaning is terrible. Everything is old and dilapidated. The view is mediocre. If you arrive late, there are no stores nearby, just one small grocery store around the corner. It's a residential area. For a claimed 5-star hotel, and being listed second among the best (which is what caught my attention before I booked), it absolutely doesn't live up to it! The washing machine in the room leaks, and there's no detergent. The bathrobe 'smelled' of sweat on our first day 🤢🤮. The furniture is scratched, there are no dishes, not even a knife. What a nightmare.

This is truly the best room I've stayed in Seoul. It's a real hidden gem! Full marks, highly recommend 💯
