The service was good, the staff at the reception was helpful, the room was quite clean, there are restaurants and spa in the hotel but I have not tried it. It is a bit challenging to find a subway station, but there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. I felt like there was not much to walk around (like shops or cafes), but overall the location is not bad

Food options are conveniently located downstairs, and the hotel itself is impeccably clean. The surrounding area offers excellent shopping opportunities and pleasant views. A Chinese-speaking staff member at the front desk was incredibly helpful, which is why I choose to stay here for all my business trips.

Good staying expeience. Check-in is fast and quick and staff friendly. The only thing is the TV doesn’t really work. The mini bar is free of charge. Toilet is clean and facilities are new

This stay was absolutely fantastic! Upon arrival, the front desk staff greeted me warmly, check-in was swift, and they even thoughtfully recommended some great local spots. The room was impeccably clean, the bedding was incredibly soft, and I slept like a baby. The bathroom was also spotless, and all necessary toiletries were provided. The hotel's dining was outstanding; the breakfast offered both Chinese and Western options, and every single dish was delicious. The location is excellent too, with convenient transportation and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to the area!

I'm at a loss for words to describe my satisfaction and admiration for the Dandelion Sinsa Hotel. Located in Gangnam, it's within walking distance of Sinsa-dong's popular check-in spots and Milestone Café.
The hotel reception is located on the basement floor, offering complimentary drinking water and a dining table. The rooms are immaculately clean, even cleaner than a five-star hotel, making them feel like your own little home. The carpets are perfect for barefoot, and the hotel offers everything from a washing machine and microwave to a refrigerator. Even a straightener can be borrowed.
The service was also excellent. 💯 Upon check-in, you can add the hotel staff on WeChat directly, and they're friendly and helpful with any questions you may have.
Next time I visit Seoul, I'll definitely choose the Dandelion. I hope the hotel maintains this standard!

While reviewing the hotels and residences in the Gangnam area offered on this platform, I found that La Casa Hotel provides the most reasonable room size, view and condition for the price among the 4-star options. However, this assessment is based on the East Wing. The overall value of the rooms in the West Wing is somewhat less favorable.
In short, if you’re specifically looking to stay near ‘Sinsa,’ I recommend the East Wing of this hotel.

The service is average. the condition of the room is also pretty average. You can see a little dirt stains on the floor and walls. plus we went during winter and it was snowing outside and shoes tend to leave dirty water marks on the floor which were left there till we left. Location wise, it’s great! Walkable distance to sinsadong, apujeong and Cheong dam.

Room is a good size for a couple but not enough to open 2 big luggage but this wasn’t a big problem. Location is right in the center of gangnam easy to walk around.

What you see is what you get, my room was exactly as per the pictures. The layout has a separate area with a mirror which is extremely considerate of female guests' needs. I arrived much earlier before check-in, but staff allowed me to leave my luggage on site first. When I came back after the start of check-in time, I was pleasantly surprised to see that staff had carried my heavy luggage up the stairs and placed it in the room. Many thanks for that kind gesture!
Just one thing to note, guests may want to bring their own towels as the towels onsite are not the standard large bath towels that western hotels typically provide.

This was my first visit to the Gangnam area, and I primarily chose this hotel for its good value for money during my stay. The location feels a bit removed from the absolute center of Gangnam, but it's quite convenient to reach central Gangnam by bus. Dining options in the immediate vicinity are limited, so you'll need to walk a bit or take a taxi for meals. The room's facilities and cleanliness were generally satisfactory, and any chargeable amenities were clearly priced.

KKiwi 小仙女The hotel was arranged for surgery. The staff was very warm and friendly. It was very close to the subway station. The location of the hotel was a little steep, so the return trip would be a little tiring. There were many shops and restaurants around. It was very friendly to people who were not convenient to walk too far after surgery.

KKwon HyukThe facilities are great, and the overall atmosphere exudes luxury. One slight drawback I noticed is that although the fitness room has dumbbells of various weights, there is no bench to lean on, limiting the range of exercises you can do. Compared to other hotels I’ve experienced, what stood out was the exceptionally friendly staff, from the cleaning ladies to the overall hotel staff. I was able to have pleasant greetings with them, which led to enjoyable small talk and laughter.
Although the room size is small for the price, considering the location in Cheongdam-dong, it is somewhat understandable.

GGuest UserOne of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Located near the COEX Mall, the Han River, and various restaurants. The air conditioner was nice and cold especially on the hot 80+ degree days, and the staff was friendly and helpful, surprisingly they spoke very fluent English and I felt comfortable going to them for any reasons.

Employees are very kind. The room was very neat and clean in public areas. It's a small but cute fitness area which has two trademills and a bike.
The security system was excellent. We felt very secure. . Overall, we really enjoyed staying at Sunshine Hotel. The room cost was a little more than what we expected but it was worthy..
But i highly recommend this place..

GGuanjieCleanliness was acceptable; the sheets had minor stains, but that was acceptable. The location is excellent; it's hard to find a cheaper hotel in Gangnam, and it's close to the subway and bus stops.
Service was acceptable, with water replenished daily. The front desk was friendly and generally helpful, and English was passable.
We stayed in a triple room, which was quite small. A 20-inch suitcase could be opened in the aisle, but larger luggage needed to be placed on the bed. Basic amenities included a kettle, cups, and a refrigerator. The window was small and faced a wall. If you were just looking for a place to sleep, it would be a perfect score, but the restful stay wasn't very pleasant.

AAleFragolaThe hotel is very near two different subway station lines and many busses, connecting it to the city centre and other places in Seoul. If you do not arrive by taxi, I would not recommend travelling with a big luggage, because the road is steep.
The room is quite spacious for one person, it is very clean but I find the bed and bathroom quite uncomfortable. The bathroom with the shower on top of the sink make it difficult for me to wash my hair. The bed is small, but the size is fine for me because I am short, but it is hard and the pillow is not comfortable.
There is a washing machine and small kitchen that you can use for free.
I never saw the staff and they never communicated with me in any way, and for 5 nights never cleaned the room nor picked up the trash. I would recommend this hotel for short stays.
