Good for short transit stay. Has all the basics and shared shower/toilet facilities. One downside is can hear the outside announcement from the room and opening and closing of doors. In KLIA 2 Level 2M ,on landside.

It’s the best for the transit but there was some noise, hence it’s not a best choice for the light sleepers.
The included breakfast is Ok but you should expect to be get served after 15 minutes of the restaurant’s opening. Only 3 options as pictured. For the sandwich, you can take away and they will heat it up.

In KLIA 2. The place is clean and the size is just right for a short overnight stay. Stayed in two different rooms. The solo traveler room (shared bathroom) and family ensuite. The toiletries smell good and the bed is comfortable. However, the sound insulation is really bad for light sleepers.

The room is very dusty and towels stained with blood. After speaking to reception, yet they did not bother doing anything about this.
Room is loud, has a weezing sound throughout the night.

Stayed at this hotel for a 12 hour layover. It was very easy to find and very clean. Only one staff was working at the time so not much help given. It's a clean , convenient and comfortable place to rest if you have a layover.

After check-out in the morning,
the concierge told us they can only store our luggage until 12:00 afternoon which is the same as the allowed check-out time.
I never experience hotel that can't help to store our luggage for couple hours before our flight.
We have to store our luggage via luggage storage shop in the airport by our own money.
For the location, it is airport hotel and takes at least 1 hour to get to the town.
For the breakfast, it was offered with grab & go voucher with very limited choices.
For the facility, I encountered the sound of water flow thoughout my 4-nights stay which did significantly impact my quality of sleep.
I highly DO NOT reccomend this hotel to everybody who needs long stay here.
