Check-In ★★★★☆ A deposit of RM100 (RM50 for the room & RM50 for parking) must be paid in cash only. While the room fee can be paid either in cash or debit/credit card & must be paid during check-in. Room: ★★★★☆ I booked a Double Room type, no window. It placed 1 queen bed size. The interior decoration looks attractive Mediterranean style. However, this room does not provide a wardrobe (only 2 clothes hangers). There are only rack cabinet & flats TV with limited broadcasts. No mini fridge & safety box. Electric kettle, coffee, tea & sugar were provided along with roll tissue. The bathroom is very nice & clean. 2 bath towels & 1 small towel provided. The water heater works well. Bathroom toiletries include only one bottle of 2-in-1 shampoo. Amenities: ★★★★★ The hotel will give visitors a parking access card. Visitors are required to park in the basement & in the reserved parking box. The safety features in the parking area are satisfactory. Security guards are often seen patrolling. From the basement parking lift you can go directly to the hotel room level. Hotel's WiFi provided with 27.78Mbps. The atmosphere of the lobby is very pleasant with a Mediterranean-style concept. In one corner of this lobby, there are selling of dry food items & also dishes that I guess are imported from China. Chinese pottery decorations & a book of interpretation of the Quran in Chinese are also on display. Very nice. Food & beverage: ★★★★★ Breakfast is not provided in the package. However, the hotel gaves free breakfast vouchers at the Muslim Chinese restaurant next to the hotel. It's just that the menu options are limited. I ordered Mi Tarik Soup & Fried Dumplings. Anyway, I'm very satisfied. Servis: ★★★★★ The staff service is very good from check-in to check-out.

One of the better budget hotel in Cyberjaya. Lot of eating shops around the vicinity.

A small shop lot style hotel in a small shopping district. Rooms are very intelligently renovated and clean. Bed, aircon, shower, all very well maintained and comfortable. For the price definitely worth it. You even get a simple breakfast in their Cafe. You'll need to go through the parking gate to enter the shop lot area. They have a TV in the room but it only seemed to play Islamic shows.The decor is very Islamic style, if that's the correct term, or maybe Middle Eastern? So not to my preference but this place does a fine job of what it's intended, inexpensive but comfortable place to sleep. Shop lot area has some restaurants and dpulse is near.

Good location, 10mins drive to Putrajaya. Booking process very complicated because this hotel only prefer cash upon check in. Credit card only for room deposit. The soft boys at the counter were very rude and not helpful. They were not welcoming at all. The hotel also charged RM1 per hour for car parking around hotel building. RM1 per hour incl. sleeping hours. Very ridiculous.

Suitable for short stay

Reception no operation after 10.30pm so I cannot check in coz my flight arrived in KLIA2 at 10.40pm. Too bad I cannot check in in hilal hotel. I already come but cannot check in. The location also no suitable for family too dengerous it only depend on CCTV only. People can go inside to the hotel

Seriously the best hotel. We late check out by 1 hour but the hotel management not charge us. Thank you so much for your kindness.

Overall looked clean & love the interior design. The staff (customer service) is decent & good. Just, I realized the bedsheet seems not change. And there’s weird smell on 1 of the pillow sheet. When I removed the comforter, the under sheet is not that neat (once I check-in). For anybody who use the room at any hotel, I would highly suggest to remove all the sheets bfor you check-out. To help the tenant after to get new & clean sheets. Its easier for the room service too, so they can just collect the used sheets & replace with fresh one.

Room is beautiful. I like the design. Just that, please improve on cleanliness.
