Very bad experience, the hotel bartender (who welcomes me) gives the impression of discovering the place as much as me, he hands me the key to my room as well as the code to be able to enter the hotel after my visit. I return around 1am and find myself unable to open my room (the key does not work) I panic, 3 options: sleep in my car (t• negative) go to another hotel (at the risk that I will not be reimbursed for this room) or check at the reception if other room keys are available. I end up sleeping in another room and the next day when I explain this (in a whisper) to the receptionist he treats me like a repeat offender. I leave without an apology from him but with a very bad memory.

We stayed for professional reasons for several nights, the whole team made our stay most enjoyable. Always very attentive and smiling, early in the morning at breakfast until the evening. Very clean room, free hotel parking, daily pastries. We will come back with pleasure! Thank you all

Excellent... what more can I say? I was well received My room was good... good bed, good bathroom, TV, kettle, tea/coffee, mineral water, reasonable price... A wish? I don't need a hearty breakfast... a mini-breakfast like coffee-croissant-fruit juice at +/- EUR 5.00 would have been a plus... but here, I'm quibbling!

There was no parking in front of the hotel, but there were free parking spaces not far away on foot (1 minute). The hotel was small but was fine for one night. Well located for having a cocktail in town in the evening.

Nice room, not very big, but enough for one night. Small bathroom. Friendly and very responsive staff. The shower gel is not replenished, you have to go down to reception to ask for a new one, same thing for the wifi code. Hearty breakfast, but price a little high for the quality of the different products. Well located in Divonne les bains, but parking can only accommodate 6 cars.

Hotel ideally located if you want to discover Divone, and its surroundings, a few minutes from Switzerland, and the lakes (Annecy, Geneva, Divone...) We stayed there for a wedding, from our first contact (by phone) we hit it off.... very accommodating, friendly staff, always ready to help Hearty breakfast, very clean room, close to the city center: restaurants, Sunday market, promenade..... In short, everything to have a good time.....we recommend it to you, without reservation
