Perfect stay. Perfect location. The lodge is very beautiful and the team is very welcoming

Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed your stay. The buffets were top tier and the activities that the hotel offers are really well organized and the drivers are friendly and really knowledgeable about where to find most of the animals. Really recommend!

Really nice hotel with very very friendly staff.

The hotel is located in the Mala Delta, but there are not actually many animals here in October when there is not a big migration. It's better located on Ashnil's side. If the cheap season price can live, the peak season price is fine

Location and views were everything!! Customer service was superb. I wish I didn’t have to hear my neighbors conversations but overall it was a great stay

Mara Serena has a special spot in the Mara, including handy air strip. The views from the lodge are terrific and the game drives are excellent. We saw the Big 5 within two days including two leopards. The lodge has a nice pool, which is helpful if you’ve got energetic kids. The Hippo Pools breakfast is well worth it. Generally speaking the F&B gets a touch repetitive but it’s a good, solid buffet. As ever in Kenya, the staff are super friendly and helpful.

A great destination, lovely property designed like a Masai manyatta.Breath-taking stunning views of the Mara plains below.The staff are the heart of it all-they serve with a smile and make you feel completely at home.They are passionate about serving guests.Food was great as well.A must do, at an additional fee-Breakfast at the Hippo pool & dinner on the raised star lit deck.I highly recommend this property for family and friends travelling as a group or as solo travellers.

Our stay at this safari lodge was nothing short of incredible - from the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and genuine hospitality! The lodge itself was stunning, beautifully set in the heart of nature, with breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere that made it so easy to switch off. A special shoutout to Edwin, Dominic, and George, who went above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable. This wasn’t just a place to stay, it was an experience. We left with incredible memories and a strong desire to come back one day. Highly, highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, stress-free place to stay

The location is atop a hill far away from the other hotels with a stunning view of the expanse of the Mara, with a traditional and relaxing feel. The rooms are cozy, clean and comfortable with all the amenities one would need to catch a break and rest between game drives and meals. The Serena also has great activities to enable you to unwind on your holiday such as a pool, sauna, an activities club for kids and a daily night show with traditional dances, acrobats and dancers. The food is also incredible, my personal favourite being the breakfast that fuels you for your morning excursions. Finally and most importantly the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Honeestly my personal best service experience in Kenya, and a special shout out to Mr Wilson for his hospitality and facilitation of a great trip for me and my family. In my opinion, the best option within its price range at the Mara.

Serene and rich with culture! Everyone provided service with a smile - not something to expect in most service oriented establishments! I will recommend to everyone I know that is interested in Safari experience. Not to mention the location! A very pleasant experience all around! 🤗❤️
