Bad👎🏻 -toilet bowl dirty -queen bedroom is very small -front desk receiptionist not customer-friendly -never answer my call -will accept booking online customer at 2pm until 8 pm only. After that they will never entertain you as they will prioritized walk in customer first. I have very bad experience here as i checked in at 1130pm thus they already gave our double bedroom to other walk in customer. Then after 10minutes debate with me, they finally give me small bedroom without window with only have 1 queen bedroom (i am together with my husband and 3 child). Its so small that we never slept well that night. I swear i will never come to this hotel again.
