Bellis Deluxe Hotel & Heated for Winter Aqua Park

We stayed in the Jasmine room with direct pool access during our family holiday at Bellis Deluxe and we couldn’t be more delighted with our experience! The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful—whether at check-in, in the restaurant or by the poolside. The room itself was great: spaciousand clean with everything we needed to relax. It made the holiday feel special to have the terrace open directly onto the pool and quiet atmosphere away from the busier areas.One downside was that the pool in the Jasmine area wasn't heated. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel’s zoo and how well the animals were cared for. It was clear they are looked after with attention and respect. We also loved seeing so many friendly cats around the resort—playful, happy, and well cared for by the staff, who always made sure they had food and water. The food was excellent—high quality, fresh choices and the service never let us down. We especially appreciated how sociable and safe the resort felt. In short: we are feeling refreshed, well-looked-after and already thinking about our next visit. Thank you to the whole team for a memorable stay!

Very nice location, just 35 min ride from the airport. Service is great. Very clean and well maintained property. Zoo is an amazing addition. All questions answered in the timely matter. A lot of animators for kids. They have an adult and kids waterpark as well as kids pool and adult pool. Different shows performed on the different nights. Overall is. A great experience in Belek.

Excellent 5+++ hotel. The perfect location of the entire infrastructure, interesting and fascinating programs for the whole family, no one was bored in the family, 2 weeks flew by like 1 day. A wonderful multi-shaped kitchen, all the dishes are at the highest level, several zones work at once during the day where you can have a great meal or snack, in short, everything that was eaten and drunk is excellent!!! The main value is the staff, they often wonder if everything is fine, if you ordered everything you wanted and if you need help. They actively interact with children, which is very pleasant. With this approach, you feel 100% relaxed, and this undoubtedly distinguishes Bellis from other equally renowned hotels in Turkey. I would especially like to mention one of the senior staff named Yasar. An open-minded, very sociable person who knows what a real super service is, come to Happy Hour in the evening. Yasar will help you choose dishes, speed up the process of the kitchen, waiters, and just chat with you on various topics in a friendly way (even if he doesn't know how to explain, keep talking, this person will understand everything ;). We really loved our experience staying in a villa here! The most relaxing holiday we have ever had! So many positives: great service, helpful staff, gorgeous premium fresh food everywhere (we didn’t however use the main buffet restaurant except occasionally for our kids), beautiful villa with a large private warm pool and private garden area, private beach pavilion, excellent butler service both at the villa and the beach pavilion, fantastic quality cocktails available, beautiful warm sunny weather, great cultural historic attractions to explore nearby. Even the laundry is included! Really recommend the incredible Baklava Turkish desserts! No insects / bites to contend with here. Minor things to be aware of: currently there is a view of a hotel being constructed and there is some low level noise from this during the day (nothing the hotel can do about this of course). Wine selection included is limited. The main pools were mostly pretty cold in October but the kids pool with the slides was lovely and warm, as was our villa pool. The beach cleaning could be better but generally the beach is great. A cracked tile in the garden area should be fixed for safety (I did not report this while staying though). Yes there are lots of Russian guests and most of the staff speak Russian but they are certainly polite and helpful to those who don’t. We did not find the staff unfriendly as others have said, it is a different style to OTT American style hospitality but that’s perfectly fine. I managed a stretching class entirely in Russian and the instructor was very sweet about it and tried to use the odd English word for me. The TV in our villa was all in Russian however and we couldn’t work out how to change it but that was a minor niggle. Thank you so much for a lovely stay! We hope to come back soon!
