Loved the style and decor of the hotel. 5* zen on a budget. 3 pools all which get sun gradually throughout the day. Huge breakfast selection (with unlimited wine). Bikes and SUP to hire.
Disliked how no kettle in the room and was refused hot water to make tea. Not everyone goes to palma for a mad session. Great location for beach, bars and shops. On the bus route too so 30 mins to palma (€2 each way)

The hotel was merely OK for me. I wouldn't book a longer stay there due to the narrow layout, with the small, overlooked rooms facing each other.
I had a single room, which was very small for its category. There's no counter space in the bathroom, which can be annoying for a longer stay. It was OK for a one-day stay. Due to the design, most rooms overlook other balconies and rooms. If you don't want to feel like you're being watched, you should always close the curtains. The room has a refrigerator, but no closet.
It was annoying that I woke up shortly before 6 a.m.: I had been sleeping with the balcony door open (my room was on the top/fifth floor) when the ventilation systems on the roof started operating very loudly very early in the morning. Only after I closed the door was I able to go back to sleep.
I only ate breakfast. This is served in the rather austere and functional-looking restaurant in the windowless basement. The breakfast is very plentiful and good, meeting the expectations of a 4-star hotel and truly fulfilling the needs of a hotel guest. I noticed that the staff didn't clear guests' plates in between meals and instead engaged in very loud conversations (at least four of them).
But for what I paid for the hotel for one night, it was okay.

The room is medium in size and the overall sanitary environment is good. There is a window that can see the swimming pool downstairs, but the bathroom is noisy. The sound insulation of the room is not good. It is next to an older community and the view is average.

I’m just finishing my stay at HM Dunas Blancas Hotel, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very beginning, the service exceeded all my expectations. The front desk team was incredibly friendly, cheerful, and helpful. Every interaction felt warm and welcoming. The pool crew made sure all three pools were always in perfect condition — crystal clear water, spotless surroundings, and ice-cold drinks prepared with great care. The housekeeping staff worked hard every morning to keep our room fresh and clean, with towels replaced daily. Their attention to detail was truly impressive. Breakfast was another highlight — a wide variety of cuisines to choose from, with chefs cooking fresh meals right in front of the guests. Everything was delicious and beautifully prepared. And now for the absolute star of the trip: my little 3-year-old Spider-Man had the time of his life! The amazing hotel staff made his stay magical — especially the wonderful Yolly, who played along as he shot invisible webs at her. He was squealing with joy! Other staff members joined in on the fun whenever they were free — it turned the empty lobby into a superhero playground! So, to all Spider-Man fans — this is your place. And to everyone looking for a peaceful, clean, and incredibly friendly hotel — I give HM Dunas Blancas all my stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Highly recommended! Dolores, Ian, Michael

We booked into this hotel after an unpleasant first hotel, and we’re greeted with cava, polite helpful staff and CLEAN bright airy rooms. This hotel is faultless. Really comfortable beds, well equipped rooms including a mini fridge. Brilliant shower. Bar open until midnight including snack menu so great when you need a late night pizza! We loved it here
