The basic infrastructure is bad——many lights can’t be turned on, the heater in the bath doesn’t work. The breakfast is worst I have ever had in Europe. The hotel is simply not suitable for reception if the facilities are not upgraded.

It's pretty good. The subway is not out of the area. It's a 3-minute walk to the subway entrance. The central air conditioning can't be turned on, which is annoying. It's quite hot. The breakfast is rich. It's much cheaper than the same party hotel in the city.
