I think this hotel has the best egg tarts in Setúbal. There are many restaurants nearby and a park in front of the hotel, so it’s great for a walk!

Cleaner stole my AirPods worth £250. The cleaner still works there as well. Hotel were useless in providing any sort of information on what was going on. If you have valuable belongings, I would be very concerned leaving them in the room whilst away. Apart from that, I’ve been to many melia‘s around the world, and was by far the worst in terms of facilities & breakfast. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

room service bad , cold food , imcomplete order , missleading ,there is no table for in room dinning neither they bring one with service , morning no hot water in room in faucets and shower .

Airconditioning was not working, stayed there 2 night in 2 different rooms. Breakfast was good. definitely not worth the money.

Unfortunately there was a problem with the hot water system. The water in the bathroom for showering and face washing was cold.
Also at breakfast, the fried eggs were cold and oily.

The Hotel didn’t have enough park space and we left the car in the front of the Hotel and got a parking ticket. Besides that the food was great.

There is nothing positive I can say about this hotel or the area. What you read online is not what you get. Definitely not a 4 star. Go to the Vincci ponte de Ferro to see what 4 star is. The area is like being in a developing country with very limited restaurant venues to try

We stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks. For about one of them the pool and spa were closed for unannounced maintenance. The free parking spots were never available and we always had to pay for parking, which was an inconvenience having to check the parking meter. My parent's room had a fridge that wasn't working and never got fixed.
The location is great next to Bonfim park and the breakfast was good and plentiful.
The staff was very helpful and courteous.
