We couldn’t have asked for a better location—this apartment is right in the heart of Seville, just steps away from all the major sights, yet tucked away enough to feel like a peaceful retreat. The apartment itself is beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was being welcomed with drinks on the rooftop terrace—absolutely stunning, with panoramic views across the city’s historic skyline. It was the perfect way to settle in and soak up the atmosphere. As a special touch, our generous host also gifted us a bottle of Champagne to enjoy before heading out to an unforgettable evening of Flamenco dancing. This was more than just a place to stay—it was a full experience that made our time in Seville truly memorable. Highly recommended.

Our stay at Casa Del Contratador was absolutely fabulous! :) The location could not be more central, the decoration is modern but cozy and the ground floor comes with a courtyard and access to the rooftop pool (a rooftop bar and a scenic view are also included) which always a plus in Seville in the summer. All the staff was fantastic and ensured we had lifts to and from the airport organized, a place to store our luggage on the last day and all the amenities replenished daily 😊 Manuel was especially helpful so a huge thanks to him!! Would definitely recommend - as a matter of fact I already did to quite a few of my friends!

All the staff are so friendly and helpful. From the moment you book to the moment you leave they are happy to arrange anything an everything. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated, and all the amenities you could possibly need. Managed to do all our washing and had an airer so no problem with space for hanging. The shower is big enough for 4 people so is very luxurious. They have an exclusive rooftop bar for residents only with beautiful views of the cathedral roof and a small pool(more of a hot tub size) but perfect for kids or a quick cool off. I could not recommend this place enough and if I am back in Seville this is where I would stay without a shadow of a doubt.

The apartment was beautiful! Very spacious and stylishly decorated, amenities were great, exceptionally clean and well maintained! We were a family of four and we all absolutely loved it! It made us enjoy our stay in Seville to the max! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The whole experience since booking till checking in and out was very organized and easy, and it was really above our expectations. Would highly and definitely recommend :)

We love this beautifully presented patio apartment. Super comfy bed & sofa & all the things you need for your visit. Lovey roof top bar & pool & a fantastic location beside the palace. The patio was a lovely addition to our visit - to read and have a wee drink. The only downsides are 1) there was an unexpected room charge of £30 a day for cleaning - so on a £400 room cost a night which did not sit well, so we didn’t have our to cleaned over our 4 night stay and 2) the street noise, more specifically the cleaning and recycling lorries doing their thing at 3am - so not the best sleep.

One of the best apartments I've ever stayed at. The service was 5 stars from start to finish. Our host welcomed us at the door after our taxi dropped us off. We explained that our luggage got lost during transit from Paris to Seville and they were able to get us toothbrushes. I appreciate it so much! Inside the apartment were complimentary champagne, wine, assorted fruits and meats, and a welcoming note. The apartment was spacious with high ceilings and beautiful furniture. The bathroom was gorgeous and clean! Our view from every spot of the house overlooked the streets and we were centrally located to all the attractions and restaurants. I can't say enough good things about this place. If I ever find myself back in Seville, I will definitely be booking this apartment again! Thanks Manuel and all the staff of Epoca Suites for making our stay the one of the best I've ever had!

This property is located almost at the entry to the Alcazaar, and it is more than worthy of its royal location.It is a newly renovated property and no corners have been cut in the refurbishment.We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, with its high ceilings, quality furnishings and feeling of a home from home.It was lovely to wind down our day in this fine property.It is very central, but quiet at night.There are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance, they even have a rooftop bar , which was closed while we were there.We did however enjoy a night cap on the rooftop with a perfect view of the cathedral. Housekeeping and especially Manuel were so helpful with suggestions and keeping in touch to ensure all was good.We loved It so much we extended our stay for another three nights.Seville is amazing , and staying in this property lifts it to another level.
