Extremely bad experience with this hotel. Poor service and poor management! They also exploit tourists! One the first day I arrived this hotel at Sevilla and found there were many fruit flies inside the hotel room. I emailed and reported to the customer service representative and they said they would apply some products to kill the flies. However, the products wasn’t working and the representative told me that there was NO flies alive!! They not only told lies but also exploited me and my partner! We requested a refund through Trip.com to relocate to another hotel because of the unacceptable hygiene standards, but the hotel refused. Instead, they demanded an additional 60 Euros to upgrade our room. With no other options, we accepted, but upon inspecting the upgraded room, we found it was also infested with soooo mannyyyy fliesssss tooooo!!! The hotel’s handling of this entire situation was incredibly disappointing. Their service and hospitality were among the poorest I have ever encountered😔😮💨🤯 Photos attached for other travellers for reference. 1) Water leaking from the ceiling near the room, causing noise disturbances. 2) There were no alive flies inside the room 🙃🙃 3) The cleaner cleaned everything thoroughly ☺️☺️ 4) Water refluxing back from the bathroom pipe 5) Cockroach presented🪳 on the floor 6) Constant noise caused by running water beneath the floor. All of these problems made it impossible to sleep or rest comfortably during our stay. Besides, we heard a Korean couple reported to the staff about the toilet problem too. It was very unlucky that I paid EURO 580 to this hotel to ruined my trip in Sevilla, a very beautiful city in Spain indeed. It was very unfortunate too, this property contributes to the city’s tourism industry of Sevilla in a very negative way.

The hotel is in a good location, within walking distances from many of the places to see in Sevilla. The personnel is helpful. The place is quiet. The app allows getting in the hotel, room and gym very easy. Overall a good experience

It's terrible. I moved in last year, and for some reason, it's become like this a year later. It wasn't like this when I checked in last September, but now it's infested with cockroaches, flies, and small insects. It's never been this bad. I initially paid for a first-floor room, but after rebooking, I got the supposedly best room. It felt like sleeping in the middle of the street, with the constant clatter of Seville motorcycles and absolutely no soundproofing. The apartment's facilities are clearly outdated. There's no front desk, and the elevator smelled of cigarette smoke. After going up, I found flies and small insects in the room. The duvet cover had yellow and brown stains. I thought I'd just put up with it for one night, but after lying down, I got bit by a nasty insect and developed a large ulcer. I didn't stay for three nights and refused a refund, so I booked a new hotel. I absolutely avoid this place!

The room is clean and tidy, with kitchen facilities for cooking. It is very suitable for a family to stay in. The only problem is that the online check-in is a bit troublesome.

Excellent place to stay in Seville, I would have liked a little more lighting in the apartment, but otherwise it is an excellent option in terms of quality and price.

Very cost-effective, good location next to the Metropol Parasol. The room is fully equipped with a full set of kitchenware and a washing machine that can dry. Check in at 3 o'clock, send a password email at 2:45, don't arrive too early, you can't get in the building. The only drawback is that the bathroom is not ventilated and will smell.

The apartment is in the heart of Seville, just a few meters from the Mushrooms in Plaza de la Encarnación, so the location is excellent. The apartment has absolutely everything: kitchenware, bathroom amenities, a closet outside the bedroom, an ironing board and iron, towels, a duvet, and two pillows per bed. The bedroom has a small balcony overlooking the street and air conditioning. The living room is spacious with a TV and a large, fully soundproofed, and very bright window overlooking Plaza del Cristo Burgos, from where you can see the Mushrooms of the Encarnación. The bathroom was spacious and everything was very clean. The apartment is one of the best I've stayed in in Seville to date. Bright, spacious, and right in front of the parish of San Pedro. And the location? Unbeatable. It's right in the center of Seville, just a few meters from the Encarnación (the mushrooms). Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to stay in these apartments again. A very gratifying weekend. The automated check-in process may be a bit confusing. But there are two highly trained receptionists who will help you with everything.

A full-fledged apartment with everything you need, a nice terrace, an ideal location. The bed is not a double bed, but two single beds - they constantly move apart. That's why I took off a star. Otherwise, everything is great, the staff was very helpful accepting the DHL delivery.

There were a lot of bugs in the room. We were not given the check-in guide on time. We had no place to stay after arriving in Seville. Check-in was quite troublesome.

The room is large, you can wash and dry clothes, and it is very close to Metropol Parasol.
