If you will take a bus to move from or to another city, then it will be a perfect location as it is located right next to the bus terminal. Otherwise, it is not ideal location to reach to the famous touristic sites, as Seville is quite small that it has no difference timewise whether you take a bus or walk. Also as my room had a window facing the big road, it was very bright even in the late night and bit noisy. (The room didn't have blackout blind but only seethrough white curtain.) And, the smell of sewage was a bit unpleasant.

Location,Location,Location...Excellent fresh, healthy range of offers that must be taken by users along with the hotel room reservation. The full breakfast to purchase separately is €12 is anyway well worth it. The receptionists Marien,Alberto are definitely the Stars as well as the breakfast room waitress served 6 Jan. all by herself cheerfully...a rare find in the Continental yet that's the very relaxed, friendly Sevilla!

The staff is very very friendly. Unlike other European hotels, free drinking water is also provided. You can use the bike for free with a deposit. I could see that packaging and environmental protection, such as amenities, are very important. The room is very tidy and clean. The bed was spacious, comfortable and quiet. It's quite a distance from Plaza de España, but you can walk, and if you cross the bridge near the hotel, you'll find Triana Market. You can also buy fresh fruit and eat meals. Oh, a toothbrush is provided, but note that the brush is hard. The stay was very satisfactory.

Hotel location was good Although it is a bit far from Seville Cathedral and Plaza de España, I like to walk, so that was fine. It was close to the river and convenient to go to the airport. The facilities were also clean and nice. But the room was a bit cold. I turned on the heater, but I felt a little bit of cold air coming out. There was no coffee pot in the room Is that the name of mas mart? It's close to there, so I stop by often and buy it.

Except for the breakfast room, where you stand in line because there is not enough space. Otherwise everything was super good.

It's close to the bus terminal. I stayed for 3 days and they never let me clean it. So I asked for free water, but they charge money. That's the part I don't really understand. Water is too expensive at 2.8 euros each. Isn't it correct to provide 2 bottles of water every day? You didn't even clean it up, but you're charging for water... I don't understand my common sense. It rains.

Excellent quality and price, good location, good configuration

A modern new hotel diagonally opposite the Plaza des Armas bus station where the airport bus comes/goes from. Everywhere pretty much within walking distance and the river itself is very close and lovely to walk along. Rooms are simple and stylish - there's no coffee making facilities but we were only there for 1 night so didn't bother us. Breakfast wasn't as great as the website photos so we skipped it. Staff were excellent throughout

Perfect location, just opposite to the bus station and not far from the center. I did almost all the attractions by foot. The hotel is pretty new and spotless clean. Staff is nice and welcoming. The room tend to be not very spacious but good enough for myself.

This is where to stay if you're arriving by bus. Located across from the bus station. Excellent staff, clean comfortable, quiet rooms and terrific location.

I liked it was right across bus station. Very convenient to get to main areas of interest. Also walking distance to Triana. Clean and very nice attention from employees.

Hotel is next to Bus station. It’s very convenient to go here and there. Hotel buffet breakfast is so delicious and have many choices. Room is big and clean, even our room faces to main road, we don’t feel noisy.

Very clean, modern and comfortable rooms. The staff were lovely and upbeat. Location was amazing, a short walk to everything and across the street from a large bus station. We had the breakfast only one morning, there was a large selection of fresh fruit, cheese and meats. Would highly recommend!

Our stay was very enjoyable. All staff was friendly and helpful, especially José Luis. He was so enthusiastic to help and give directions and suggestions upon request. His enjoyment for his work was such a happy feeling for us to stay at Petit Palace Vargas. The Hop-on Hop off bus stop just across the street was also a plus for us staying at Petit Palace Vargas.
