The (renovated) room had a mold smell. Worse, he new A/C unit was not able to bring the room to an acceptable temperature. I had to change for another room. The manager was satisfied with himself anyway.

Really friendly and attentive staff. It's my fault because I didn't see it at the time of booking but the air conditioning is a lack. The fan is not sufficient for my taste. We can highlight the eco-responsible side which I also understand. Very nice team in any case!

La chambre et la salle de bain sont propres et la literie est correcte. Le quartier est calme surtout le week-end. Le personnel est aimable sans plus, on ne nous a même pas demandé si le séjour s'est bien passé. Une des serveuses ne parle que l'anglais ! Assez peu de choix pour le petit déjeuner, de la vaisselle sale et une machine à café capricieuse et aucune solution proposée, j'ai dû réclamer mon café plusieurs fois !

La chambre n’était pas équipée de savon/gel douche pour se doucher, nous avons retrouvé un caleçon qui ne nous appartenait pas et les équipements sont en mauvais état ( pomme de douche qui fuit)..

Bien pour une nuit mais pas plus. J’ai eu la chance d’avoir une chambre isolée mais bruit de robinetterie sans discontinuer. Moquette tachée, pas de bouteille d’eau de courtoisie. 2€ la Cristalline dans le mini bar pas de sèche cheveux pas de poubelle sauf toute petite dans la salle de bains. Chauffage grille pain avec une odeur de poussière. Bonne literie draps propre. Rideau blanc tache douteux. Hôtel très bien placé à 5 min du tramway. Accueil et service très agréable et souriant.
