My car was vandalised in the hotel car park when I asked the staff to check their CCTV they said they didn’t have time totally unhelpful. Would never stay there again shoving treatment to a customer..

Whilst my car was parked in the car park it was vandalised when I spoke to staff they said they did not have time to review the CCTV 😡, couldn’t believe that due to the damage they couldn’t find the time to review their CCTV.

Hotel was not clean and some of the checkin Staff was not friendly and ask for extra charges. I wouldn't recommend staying in this Hotel .Search for a better place . I went there with my brother and his son. The location is not bad but unfortunately non of us were happy to stay there .There was a bad smell as soon we entered the lobby .

The hotel made for a good overnight stop and is not too far to drive from Grenoble. The room itself was one room with a sink in the middle and a shower with a glass door to the side and a wooden door to a separate toilet. There isn't a chair, just a stool and no table or place to put your case but it's ok for an overnight stop. There is a small breakfast area which was quite busy and as items ran out e.g. croissants, bread they had to keep bringing them out and refilling but a few times the baskets with say croissants were empty so had to ask. There was no hot food but was ok and as expected for the price. There is free parking around the hotel.

Super accueil, petit déjeuner copieux et bien fourni, équipe au top! Les chambres sont spacieuses, on ne s'est pas marché dessus lors de notre séjour. L'hôtel est à proximité immédiate de l'autoroute mais on ne l'entend pas dans les chambres. Jolie vue sur les montagnes environnantes, on peut même partir à pied pour se faire une petite balade.

Accueil correcte , petit déjeuner assez bon, lits passables. La douche au milieu de la chambre c’est un nouveau concept que je viens de découvrir à mes dépends cela peut avoir un cotée pratique pour regarder la télé en se lavant ! Plus sérieusement le parquet sale c’est tout à fait inadmissible sans oublier que mon collègue attend toujours sa rémunération pour avoir fait son lit lui même , la prochaine fois laisser la peinture qu’on refasse la chambre! Superbe vis à sur les 17 camions de CRS qui arborent le parking de l’hôtel ! Pour finir rapport qualité / prix médiocre
