The location is absolutely superb, right beside the station entrance. The room was quite clean, and the bathroom and shower were completely odor-free. This being my last business trip to Guangzhou, it certainly left me with a very positive memory.

I stayed here for one night. Now I have time to write a review. I was really moved by Xiaomin's service in this hotel. I also valued the location of the hotel, which is close to where we work. We all booked this hotel together. On the day of arrival, the hotel front desk specially arranged better rooms for us all. It was also very sincere. The hotel is very distinctive. The content displayed at the elevator entrance on each floor is very poetic and impressive.

Service: The front desk lady checked me in at 0800. The check-in was fast, polite and attentive. I said I had trouble sleeping, so she arranged a quieter room for me.

Environment: The hotel is close to the bus station, with convenient transportation and a good environment. The parking lot is large and easy to park, and there are many restaurants around.

Hygiene: The room is clean and hygienic

Facilities: There is a large balcony on the roof for drying clothes, and there are shared washing machines and dryers. It is really convenient for people like us who are on business trips.

The room facilities and equipment are very complete, the environment is very unique, the style is unified, I like this style of place is good, the hotel also intimately prepared two kinds of slippers for use when taking a bath, the room light is also very good, there is a large parking lot at the entrance of the hotel is very convenient, The front desk staff is also very nice, quite satisfied, continue to maintain.

The hotel room is clean and tidy, the bed is comfortable and soft, and I slept until dawn. The waiter's attitude is very good, warm and thoughtful, and I feel very comfortable and satisfied. The hotel has a beautiful environment. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure vacation, it is an ideal choice. There are many attractions around the hotel and rich tourism resources. The breakfast is rich and the flavors are optional.

The hotel service staff are super nice. They will ask questions attentively when checking in and are very considerate. The front desk staff will take the initiative to help if you can't take your luggage. Secondly, the hotel room is very clean. The housekeeper is very meticulous when cleaning, even cleaning the dead spots in the corners. It's very clean, not to mention the hotel facilities. It's a very good and satisfying check-in experience. The hotel is nearby 前门 and is very convenient to everywhere. Direct metro to universal and all the tourist spot such as forbidden city, Wangfujing n etc. hotel nearby food also quite delicious n famous and got smart toilet. The room is big n spacious and price is reasonable

The service is very enthusiastic, the parent-child room is very cozy, the location is also very good. It feels very safe in the community, and there are a variety of shopping malls and supermarkets around. I stay here every year when I go skiing. This year, I was upgraded to a suite. I am so happy!

The location was very close to the shopping markets like SEG, the staff were polite and beds were good. The washing machine was not very good.

The location is about 20-30mins walk if u are dragging a luggage but it gets faster if you don’t have a luggage. The hotel is next to convenience stores but there are not much food options in the immediate vicinity. Overall is a basic hotel which is clean, but the hotel needs to be stricter on guests who smoke in the public areas. The corridors are filled with smoke and cigar smell and there’s no ventilation for the smell to escape. When i asked the manager why they allow the guests to smoke in the corridor she said they talked to the guests but can’t do anything else. This is not only a nuisance to other guests but also a major fire hazard. Other minor things, they have a fridge in the room but it does not work. I can only say I will not return again.
