The only good point is that the hotel is link directly to airport. About 10mins walk and in shelter.
The hotel is very small and dirty. I got a family room and it was a queen size bed + a pull-out bed. Not even a proper bed !!!
I check in at 8pm and was able to get into the room quick.
Only good for transit stay.

位置是挺方便的，適合中轉早起趕飛機，但是衞生真的一言難盡，特別是淋浴區無從下腳！！！床品那塊就還好，再着就是服務，毫無服務可言好像欠前台百八十萬似的。以上純屬真實感受～

非常非常好，房型舒適，安靜，設計合理，真的很優秀，尤其被子超級舒服，有一説一早餐一般，咖啡比較草台哈哈哈哈，但作為機場的酒店真的給98分，不過服務管家退房後立刻就屏蔽了朋友圈還蠻傷的🙈🥹～～～

服務：客服中心Aileen服務超級貼心，微信給我發了到酒店具體的參考視頻，耐心的解答我問題，離開時候戒指掉酒店了，下飛機了都沒發現，還是客服Aileen主動跟我説的！！！酒店環境很棒！青島北站直達膠東機場，酒店就在機場裏面，第二天直接進站辦理登機，帶孩子非常方便。
設施：有孩子喜歡的游泳池（ps：游泳池的前台小哥哥服務很好，因為孩子急着下水玩就先進去了，前台小哥哥主動幫孩子的泳圈打氣 然後送到泳池。健身房也挺乾淨 沒有味道 器械都ok 樓下就是便利店 給孩子買零食飲料非常方便。
衞生：房間很乾凈。沒有任何異味。客服幫我免費升級五星級豪華間，體驗感很好！
環境：酒店大廳和房間環境都很不錯 整潔安靜。就在機場內，對於帶孩子的家長來説不要太方便！！

My third visit was just as excellent as the first. I was lucky to receive an upgrade, and the check-in was perfectly smooth. The staff are always polite and smiling.A special thank you to the team for their professionalism they found my forgotten coat and shipped it back to me without any hassle. It's this above-and-beyond service that ensures I will always choose this hotel. My one small suggestion is to ensure cleanliness is consistently perfect for all guest stays. Also the aircondition must be working 🙂Keep up the great work! Thank you ♥️
