住了兩晚。
優點：房間寬敞明亮，衞生不錯。入住第二天早上發現隔壁退房的房間已經在換床單被罩了，應該是做到了一客一換。非常不錯。洗漱用品（阿道夫）飲用水（百歲山）都是不錯的品牌，牙刷牙膏是質量很好的旅行套裝。
缺點：隔音效果不好，隔壁房間敲門，大廳講話聲音，上下樓梯聲音，有點大。（夜晚無人活動的時候還是很安靜的）。另外202上面的302衞生間有點漏水滴到樓下，這個維修一下應該也不是大問題。
還有清洗後的浴巾直接晾大廳欄桿上有點不美觀，但是問題不大。

酒店衞生不錯，房間挺大，設備也是新的，尤其是早餐非常好吃，且是親手炕餅。就是位置在山路旁的小路下去，路很窄，大車不好開，也容易錯過轉彎不方便，過去的車要小心底盤。沒有電梯要拎着箱子爬樓梯，其他的都還好。

房間配置衞生各方面真的挺好，服務也很熱情，晚上在亭子裏喝茶，酒店大叔會貼心的給我們送盞燈，遠離城市來這山間住兩天，呼吸新鮮的空氣，再吃點農家飯，真的感覺很放鬆。酒店就在西河景區內，去遊玩也很方便。如果下次再來，一定還會選擇這裏。

山莊硬件配置達到五星級，房間裝飾豪華，地理位置在景區內可享受自駕上山遊覽風景（一般遊客衹能乘坐景區交通車）早餐老闆娘非常熱情為我們免費炒了三個熱菜，萬分感謝！值得向遊客推薦。

酒店環境非常美，很安靜，大自然氧吧，設施也很齊全，堪比五星級，酒店前台大爺也很和藹，走的時候想讓他幫忙找個袋子裝衣服，二話沒説就把裝有東西的袋子騰了出來，酒店唯一的缺點就是位置不太好找，上山的時候還被商城遊客服務中心宰了一刀，兩天了還是鍋火。

太垃圾了，進來之後大廳燈沒有開，一個60歲的老頭在吧枱，話都説不清楚，我們辦理入住之後把房間空調打開，出去吃飯之後回來的時候大廳門被反鎖，然後打客服電話，10分鐘把大廳門打開，然後吧枱人員告知我們走後怕費電，私自把我們屋內空調關了，服務態度太垃圾了，千萬不要來。
