Atour Properties in Shanghai

The facilities are clean and hygienic. Although the hotel is close to the airport and you can hear planes if you open the windows, it's very quiet inside thanks to the excellent soundproofing. The service is also very thoughtful. I've stayed here twice already, and I'll definitely consider this hotel again if I need accommodation when passing through. This hotel is genuinely good.

The location is good, surrounded by Anting Old Street, where you can eat, drink and have fun. The hotel facilities are relatively new and parking is convenient. However, it is close to the road and the noise is a bit loud. I will consider it next time.

Overall, everything was very good. The only minor issue was finding the hotel on the first visit. It would be very helpful if there were clearer entrance signs visible from the metro station. On my first arrival, I walked around the building several times before finding the entrance. My friend, who arrived separately, also got lost and had difficulty locating the hotel. The room was clean, although there was a small amount of dust. However, it was not a serious issue and did not affect the overall comfort of the stay. The location is excellent and is almost directly next to the metro entrance, even though it may not be immediately visible. From the nearest metro exit (I don’t recall the exit number), you need to make a U-turn and walk a short distance to reach the hotel. Alternatively, if you turn left after exiting the station, there is a small alley that leads directly to the hotel. The sign at the entrance of the alley is only in Chinese, with no English signage. The staff provided excellent service. They were very attentive, offered complimentary a glass of water, and were always willing to help with any requests. The room was well equipped with all necessary amenities. I booked a family room, which included a refrigerator, while my friend who stayed in a standard room did not have one. The room does have a window; however, it faces an internal courtyard rather than the outside, with a narrow open space in the middle of the building.

This hotel is perfect for family trips with kids! It has a 1.5-meter tatami bed, so I don't have to worry about my little one falling off the bed while sleeping! I really love Atour's pillows; they're super comfortable. The toilet and shower are separate, and there's even a shelf in the shower area to put clothes, which is a very thoughtful detail! Downstairs there's a shopping mall, making dining and shopping very convenient. The subway is also only about 200 meters away. Overall, everything is pretty good!

The hotel's location is superb, right across from Grandbuy Mall, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. It's also just a 10-minute walk to Metro Line 7, ensuring easy access to transportation. The new Chinese-style decor is simple yet cozy, and the rooms are spacious and tidy. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the bathroom features a dry and wet separation. The smart room control and mini-fridge are very practical. The service was warm and attentive throughout; the front desk staff were efficient and enthusiastic, offering tea upon check-in and having a robot deliver meals, which was a lovely touch. The free laundry room and gym are also excellent amenities. Breakfast is rich and varied, served until 11 AM on weekends, and there's even complimentary porridge as a late-night snack. This hotel offers incredible value for money, perfect for both business and leisure travelers! As I was leaving, they even gave me a complimentary souvenir.

🏨 The room was clean and comfortable, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, providing an excellent night's sleep 💤. 📍 The location is superb, just a short walk to the subway station, making getting around super convenient 🚶‍♂️. 🍽 The breakfast spread was extensive, with hot dishes made to order, and the taste was spot on 👍. 👏 The staff were friendly, responsive, and paid attention to every detail ✨. Overall, the experience exceeded expectations and is highly recommended 🌟🌟.

Facilities: The facilities are complete, the room projection is reliable, the mattress and pillow are also very comfortable. I plan to stay in Atour when I travel later. I can be fully refreshed the next day after a night's rest. Hygiene: Very hygienic, nothing to complain about. Environment: The environment is very quiet Service: The service of the front desk brother and sister is very good. After checking out, they will check if there is anything left. Very good service. I will choose Atour when I go out in the future.

How do I put it? In the past, when I traveled for work, Atour was always my top choice because of its excellent service, cleanliness, and self-service laundry facilities. So when I came to Shanghai this time, I didn't hesitate to choose Atour again. As always, it was very clean. I forgot to take a picture of breakfast because I was in a hurry to eat, but the variety was rich, and the taste was good. A big thumbs up! 👍 Oh, and every staff member I encountered at this particular hotel was wonderful. They were enthusiastic but not overly so, appearing just when you needed them, very observant. My photography skills aren't great, so I didn't really capture how upscale the hotel is.

It's very close to North Bund, and only a five-minute walk to the Rockbund Christmas Market. Getting around is super convenient. However, the room itself is quite small, definitely cramped for a family of three like ours. There's a tiny balcony, which is just enough to put breakfast out in the morning, I guess. All in all, the location is a much bigger advantage than the overall room space.

Stayed for three nights: It's truly exhausting to sift through hotels in any city nowadays. As an Atour member, it's my first choice. This particular branch is relatively new, clean, and hygienic, surpassing many five-star hotels, especially those older ones that can be quite run down. The pillows were incredibly comfortable. My room had an excellent view of Nanjing Road's streetscape without any noise. Be aware that the hotel's main entrance elevator is located inside a silver jewelry shop, which might be a bit confusing for first-timers. Since the room is new, sensitive individuals might notice a slight renovation smell; you can always ask the front desk to address it 😊. It's worth mentioning that the breakfast selection is rich and varied, with new items daily, and everything tastes great with excellent attention to detail. Their service attitude was particularly outstanding 👍🏻. My family and I were very satisfied! Welcome Fruit: We checked in quite late on the first day, and after mentioning it to the front desk, they sent up some welcome fruit, which was very fresh and sweet. The mini-fridge drinks were complimentary. Midnight Porridge: In the evening, they offer porridge, pastries, and small dishes. They taste quite good, and if you come back to the hotel after 9:30 PM feeling hungry, you can eat your fill without worries. Excellent Details: There were laundry detergent packets by the sink. The toiletries were fantastic; my long hair felt moisturized and manageable after using them. The toilet paper dispenser had alcohol wipes for disinfection. The hairdryer was excellent, and there were various smart amenities. Friendly Tip: There's a children's book corner where kids can borrow books to read. Just remember not to take them with you, so the next child who loves comics can enjoy them too~
