I was visiting relatives in Shanghai and didn't want to trouble them with arrangements, so I just picked a hotel close to Nanjing Road. I'm really satisfied and highly recommend it to everyone. Here's why: 1. **Excellent Location:** After a long day of exploring Nanjing Road, my partner and I were exhausted, so it was super convenient to just walk 200 meters back to the hotel. 2. **Outstanding Service:** The service was impeccable. Ms. Starry Cui at the front desk was so warm and generous, and another gentleman who checked us in was also very polite. They even upgraded us to a suite, which we really appreciate! 3. **Fantastic Food Options Nearby:** There are so many delicious places to eat close by, including white-cut chicken, yakitori, and Cantonese cuisine, all within 100 meters of the hotel. It was great to have a few drinks and then just head straight back to our room. 4. **Thoughtful Concierge:** The concierge was very attentive to the elderly in our group, which I really appreciated and added a lot to our positive experience. 5. **Classic 5-Star Room:** The room had a standard 5-star setup with a somewhat retro feel and a bathtub, which my partner absolutely loved.

The hotel is a convenient 10-15 minute walk from Hongqiao Railway Station. It includes three meals: breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner, all of which taste great. However, on previous stays, the breakfast used to offer complimentary bottled Evian and Perrier, as well as canned beverages. Now, those are gone, and only regular bottled water and drinks are available. I've stayed at this hotel multiple times because of its proximity to the railway station and Hongqiao Airport.

They've already put up a huge Christmas tree at the entrance, which feels very welcoming. The room was great; even without the AC on, it was warm and sunny. The surrounding area has convenient transportation, with a shuttle bus to the subway station. Breakfast also had plenty of options.

This hotel was the closest to my child's spring college entrance exam testing site, and it turned out to be the most ideal choice. The hotel even called the day before to confirm our room preferences and check-in time. Upon arrival, we were lucky to find a parking spot, which was very convenient. Our room was perfectly situated – not too far, not too close to the elevator, and on a quiet landing. I appreciated the thoughtful detail of having the room numbers embedded in the hallway carpet. While the room itself was a bit dated, it was clean, and the bedding had no strange odors. Everything was great, except for the lack of a smart toilet seat. The toiletries, in particular, were excellent and high-quality. The complimentary afternoon tea was a bit simple, but their 'simple meal' was anything but! The lamb chops were incredibly tender – easily the highlight – and the mini steak was also good. I especially loved the meat sauce at the noodle station. Although there wasn't a huge selection of seafood, the dishes varied over our two-day stay, making it a decent buffet. There are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops near the hotel. My husband and I even enjoyed a leisurely 'city walk' one afternoon. My child was taking exams, and we were quite relaxed, haha – I almost feel a little guilty about it!

We took our kids to Harbin Ice and Snow World during the off-peak season, and staying at the Crowne Plaza next door was incredibly convenient. Just a right turn out the main gate, the proximity was fantastic! We pre-booked a package that included breakfast for two, two full-day tickets to Ice and Snow World, and tickets to the Maritime Museum. Our butler, TT, was super nice. They proactively reached out via WeChat to offer assistance, suggesting they could prepare our check-in details and arrange two adjoining rooms. They even threw in an extra breakfast for the little ones! When we had an issue getting the kids' facial recognition set up at the Ice and Snow World customer service center, TT immediately followed up and got it resolved for us. Plus, getting to the Michelin-starred snow-view restaurant in the evening was a breeze; you just walk around the hotel, even someone with no sense of direction like me could easily find it. This trip was an amazing experience, highly recommend the Crowne Plaza for a family vacation!

The giant Christmas tree in the lobby, the twinkling lights, and the gingerbread house in the corner really made it feel like the holidays! You can feel the hotel's thoughtfulness everywhere. What truly impressed me most was the service. Every single staff member was smiling, greeted me proactively, helped with my luggage, and even brought hot tea – I was genuinely touched. There's also a lounge area in the lobby where you can sit for a while after checking out, and even charge your devices. The entire hotel feels very spacious and bright. Plus, there's a mall nearby with plenty of food and drink options.

The hotel offers free parking and boasts an excellent location, making it very convenient to get to both the subway station and the high-speed train station. The internal facilities are comprehensive, with a gym and swimming pool both available for free use. The front desk staff are incredibly warm and attentive, making you feel right at home.
