庭院草坪打理得很漂亮，大家一起燒烤做活動非常有意思！別墅還是挺大的，有麻將桌球🎱KTV一類的娛樂項目，6個卧室，十幾個人都可以住宿，很適合聚會！老闆還能安排餐飲，中餐西餐茶歇什麼的，茶歇口味很絕👍🏻，值得試！

𡋾墅乾淨整潔價格實惠.院子很大有假山涼亭草坪泳池.還有個水池養了很多錦鯉.肥肥大大的很漂亮.房間裏有2台麻將.桌球KTV一類的娛樂項目.大家玩起來不會枯燥

環境不錯，私家庭院有不少果樹還有涼廳，跟房東訂了烤全羊味道非常好價格也實惠！可以放煙花但是不能放的太晚了，會擔心影響鄰居休息，還是能理解的。衞生保持的比較乾淨，房子裝修稍微有點老但保養的還不錯，娛樂設施多，整體來説是很值這個價格的。

豎個大拇指先👍，花園臨河感覺很愜意，室內三層採光，通風都很好，衞生基本挑不出毛病！説實話，免費停車這波操作太貼心了，終於不用為找車位繞三圈啦！晚上還能支稜起麥霸模式，搓麻將玩遊戲就很開心！7個卧室大家都能住的下，簡直想直接拎包入住，這性價比，沖就完事了
