I’m impressed with the location of the hotel, it’s easy to travel and near tourist spots. host was nice too, always provided information and supported for everything I ask for.

Overall the room wasn’t clean, a lot of dust. Also a lot of damage that you just need to modify it to use such as the door handle is broken. When we ask them to clean the room again, the cleaner only come and clean a very specific area that we took photo and sent to them, the rest of the part that is not clean the cleaner will not clean which is very ridiculous. Just to note, the door is transparent so everyone from outside can see through! Very unpleasant stay. Not recommended at all.

Photos of apartment were accurate. There is a lot of space in the apartment. Location is fantastic, just opposite natural history museum. Although amenities could be improved, the toothbrush quality is good. If handsoap and detergent was provided, it would have been great. There are also no coffee mugs provided. Overall, had a good stay.

We enjoyed so much staying at guisu homestay! The owners are really welcoming and helpful throughout the check-in process and check out went smoothly.
The location is at the heart of west nanjing road. We can travel around easily using the metro which only around 100m only from the stay.
Totally will comeback again if we’re visiting Shanghai next time.

The customer service is good, and the location is located at the city very convenient to travel😍 we are a big group to travel, is a very spacious space for 11 person and is clean. Very happy when we have issue they will solve it immediately 🥰
