Well above expectations. AC is a bit too cold even when turned off probably due to central ventilation but overall it was a pleasant stay. Great value for money and right by metro station.

The room is size of the room is quite small but good enough for couple. The cleanliness is fine but the service is average. I requested for High floor but was allocated 5 floor. The waiting time for check in is about 15 minutes. The location is convenient, about 2 minutes walking distance to the metro station. There is a Not a bad hotel for short stay.

I love this hotel the fact that it is so near line 14 station and there is convenience store just right outside the hotel. The service of the staffs were pretty good and were very friendly too. Hotel is clean too. Will definitely stay here again

One more time stayed in same hotel. Front desk Ms. Amy amazing staff very helpful, always they provide more water, more espresso coffees and checked out at 4Pm

The hotel is quite new. Check in and out was brief and easy. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room is clean, separate toilet and shower. Bidet!!!!! This is the plus point for me. Gym is well equipped for quick workout. Free laundry (washer and dryer) if you need to do so. Breakfast is delicious with great selection. Located right beside Metro Line 14. Just a stone throw away from all of Shanghai must-go places. Very recommended.

This was my first time staying here at UrCove. Great location, close to the Metro station ( line 14), amazing staff, comfy bed, amazing shower and I love that a few snacks are complimentary in the fridge. My only complaint was on my first morning waking up, I smelled cigarette smoke from another room or hallway. It was bad! I reported it to the front desk right away and they went to check other rooms. Well, it worked, as the next morning I smelled no smoke at all. Thanks!
I'd definitely return on another visit!

Rooms were clean however poor check in experience. First and second rooms we checked in, someone had smoked in them previously. Third room had poor ventilation, smelled like restaurant oil and smoke. Fourth room was good, initially there were some smell but it went away.
