Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Hotel (Shanghai Train Station)

Upon check-in, the front desk proactively upgraded my room. They also gave me a very quiet and clean room, just as I requested, which allowed me to sleep really well. The breakfast was also excellent, exceeding its price point. The breakfast area was huge; even though it was crowded today, there were plenty of seats available, and the food items were replenished promptly.

Great location, super convenient for trains and subways – really close by! The breakfast and overall environment were excellent. The front desk staff, a young and lovely lady, checked me in incredibly fast. Highly recommend!

The front desk service was really cold. After checking in, I had to ask where the elevators were and what time and where breakfast was served; otherwise, I'd just have to guess. The room facilities are quite old, and the room itself is small. When I first walked in, it felt so stuffy, and the hygiene was also very poor, as you can see from the pictures. I paid for breakfast, but the breakfast area was tiny. Even if it's small, when you look for plates, there are none; when you look for cups, there are none—everything is empty. There wasn't much food, and there were very few seats for breakfast. The variety was also limited. Waiting in line for noodles took at least 15 minutes. I don't recommend this place.
