Ultra convenient location for those who are catching early or arriving middle of the night. The room is clean and completed with necessary amenities. Airport send off and pick up service provided too.

The room is spacious and clean, the airport shuttle bus is convenient for an early flight, which helps avoid unnecessary stress before departure. The Wi-Fi works steadily. The girls at the reception are very polite. We are satisfied with our stay.

Took the airport shuttle to the hotel, the driver was incredibly kind and helped with all the luggage. The room had some dust and was just average in comfort, but considering the price and the service, it was a good stay overall

The hotel stay is nice and it is very near the airport for an early flight next day, however, it took about just an hour from hotel to clearing the custom checks to reaching the gate so leaving slightly 2 hours+ beforehand is more than sufficient.

Perfect choice for a convenient and comfortable overnight stay before my flight.
The hotel is very close to the airport, and the free shuttle runs every 30 minutes to both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, operating smoothly and right on time — ideal for catching early departures or late arrivals.
The rooms are clean, modern, and well-insulated, offering a great view of departing aircraft for anyone who enjoys watching airport traffic. Despite the proximity to the runways, the noise level is minimal thanks to excellent soundproofing.
The breakfast buffet was a pleasant surprise, featuring a nice mix of Chinese and Western options — eggs, pastries, noodles, fruit, and fresh coffee — all well presented and constantly replenished.
Staff were friendly, check-in was quick, and overall the stay was efficient and enjoyable.

Shuttle bus service is provided between the hotel and the airport. The room is clean and spacious enough for a solo traveler like me. The hotel breakfast is quite pleasant, and the service from the staff — especially Xiao Wu and his colleague — is excellent.

Very near to the Shanghai Pudong Airport and there is shuttle bus to bring us to the airport for an early flight. The breakfast is delicious and there is a counter which serves noodle soup and fried eggs.

Shuttle bus services are useful for people who need transit like me.
The only disadvantages is one out of two lift is spoilt and pending repair since Aug/Sept 2025 till now. Hence only one lift can be use. Expect more waiting time on lift.
