This hotel offers an amazing experience! The facilities are brand new and fully equipped. The bedding in the room is comfortable, and the bathroom amenities are exquisite. The public areas, including the lounge and other facilities, are also very well-appointed, showing thoughtfulness in every detail. Had a great stay here and would definitely recommend it. The location is super convenient. It's right next to the metro station and also very close to many major attraction spots, which made getting around so easy. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, so I slept really well throughout the trip. The only small downside is that the soundproofing could be better, but overall it wasn’t too bad and didn’t affect the stay much. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, including the housekeeping aunts. I’ll definitely be back again on my next trip!

Convenient location to/from Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station. Check-in/out service was seamless with helpful staff. The entire room setup was smart-AI enabled with central control from the tablet on the dresser table. You may even request for bottled water from the tablet itself. Loved that they included a washing machine in my upgraded room as it eases the burden of having to wait at the laundry room at Level 6. Breakfast buffet options were sufficient. I did not manage to check out their supper though. Room cleanliness was impeccable. Location also conveniently located near famous places like The Bund, Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street too! Will definitely choose to return here for my next trip. Highly recommended!!

The location is quite convenient, with the only advantage being that Metro Line 1 is right downstairs and the 'Sihang Warehouse' across the street. However, the room facilities are old and dated. The window doesn't close properly, and the large gap lets in a lot of noise, making it very loud when cars pass by at night. There was hair under the pillow, and the bedsheets had stains (likely not cleaned well). The showerhead had very low water pressure! The only upside is that they offer late-night snacks, so you can grab a bowl of congee in the evening!
