DENGBA HOSTEL

My first experience stayed at hostel and it was bad. Room was quite small and got the worst bed. I need to climb quite hard bcs the other hand rail is beside the wall. Matress was so hard and we need to cover the bedsheet by own. No towel and mineral water provided. I didn’t like the bathroom bcs the door has a big gap, that everyone from outside can see (i know they didn’t want to see it anymore). Hair dryer and laundry can’t be used from 11PM - 9AM. They can accept taobao package, they have storage and you can find ur package by urself. Location is very good, near nanjing road, there’s nearby convenience as well. Close to East Nanjing station and People’s Squar

Dongba Hostel is great, especially with its location near Nanjing Road. The receptionists and staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately, a guest in my room snored so loudly that none of us could sleep. The staff actually woke him up and gave us earplugs, which was a nice touch, but it was still a nightmare. The next day, the staff helped me move to a lower bunk. I got new roommates—a few Indian guys—who were also very talkative and snored. Just not my lucky stay! LOL.
