The hotel's location is great, and the small courtyard is very comfortable. It's away from the crowded tourist areas and not far from the subway. The Bund is also easily accessible, and the breakfast offers a good variety!

The smart control system for lighting and curtains throughout the room was especially convenient when traveling with children. The front desk service was attentive and warm, making check-in and check-out efficient and quick. They even thoughtfully provided amenities for kids. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the subway station, making it easy to get to the Oriental Pearl TV Tower and the Science and Technology Museum. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. The laundry and drying facilities were a lifesaver, meeting the essential need for clean clothes when traveling with family. To find such a quiet and comfortable haven during a tiring journey, at such a great value for money, was truly wonderful. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Shanghai and highly recommend it to families visiting Lujiazui!

When staying at this hotel, you can't park in an actual parking spot. After parking in the spot the hotel security guards assigned, you have to move your car during the day. The room curtains are sheer and don't close completely, and there's a gap under the door. The indicator lights on all the hotel's light switches can't be turned off. The linens are very rough, and there are no bathrobes. Soundproofing is almost nonexistent. At breakfast, they were so busy they ran out of chopsticks, dishes weren't refilled promptly, and there was hair in the eggs. The service is inefficient, and the price is not low.
