The room was very clean, and its proximity to the West Bund Dream Center made getting around very convenient.

The front desk service was warm and attentive, making the check-in process very efficient. The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. I could even walk to the riverside promenade for a relaxing stroll after work. The entire hotel has a newly renovated Zen-inspired style, with quiet and elegant public areas. The room was exceptionally clean, the bedding was soft and thick, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful sleep even after working late. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and polite. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, with the noodle dishes being particularly delicious. They also have a washer-dryer combo and a gym, covering all the essential amenities for business travelers. This is definitely my top choice for business trips, and I'll rebook here whenever I'm in the West Bund area again.

The hotel is very close to the West Coast International Exhibition Center, about a ten-minute taxi ride. I stayed here for four nights during my business trip for an exhibition. I wanted to switch to a room with a window halfway through my stay, and they smoothly accommodated the change. The cleanliness was also good.
