Service: Excellent service! It was my first time staying here, and they even helped me get familiar with the room. Responses were prompt, and there were welcome snacks. Facilities: Decent. The room was a bit small but had everything I needed and wasn't outdated. Hygiene: Clean, and housekeeping was timely. Breakfast was plentiful, with freshly made noodles and wontons. The hotel is close to the subway station and not far from the main attractions, offering great value for money. There's only one elevator, but the building isn't too tall.

The hotel's location is excellent, right across from Metro Line 14, making it super convenient to get to Yu Garden, Lujiazui, and Xintiandi. The hotel breakfast was quite varied and tasted good.
