Service: The front desk staff seemed a bit indifferent and unhelpful. When I asked for more laundry detergent, they just gave me a huge bag of it. I had specifically requested no housekeeping because I had video calls for work, but they didn't inform the cleaning staff, who still knocked on my door and disturbed me. Environment: It can get a bit noisy on weekends. Although it's a non-smoking property, I occasionally noticed a strong smell of smoke in the hallways.

I stayed for four days and experienced both the single gaming room and the double room, both of which were great, instantly bringing back memories of my student days. The in-room computers and snack cabinet really tempted me to play games. The cleanliness was also commensurate with the price, and the environment was quiet.

This stay was excellent! We visited the Universal City shopping mall and Zhenru Temple. A taxi from the airport to the hotel only cost about 30 yuan. The Bund was also easily accessible by subway. The service was friendly and helpful. Five stars!
