Shanghai Hongqiao Heyitang Hotel (Beixinjing Subway Station Branch)

I won't be returning to this hotel. While the front desk staff, especially the ladies, always provided excellent service, and I was genuinely touched that they held onto my luggage for several days after I checked out, this doesn't outweigh the numerous poor experiences. The photos I've attached were even taken after housekeeping had already come through. I've stayed at this hotel multiple times, and usually, the first thing I do is boil water to sterilize the cups. This time, I grabbed a coffee cup, and it was full of coffee stains. I didn't take a picture at that exact moment, but I happened to hear the housekeeping staff outside my door, so I called them over. When I mentioned to the housekeeping manager on duty that day that the floor felt sticky, she insisted it was my shoes, claiming she didn't hear any sticking when she walked on it. However, I had only moved to the fifth floor because the second floor was too cold; the second-floor room, in the same spot, wasn't sticky, and my shoes made no sound there. She had no response to that. Then, when she saw the coffee and tea cups, she asked me what I wanted her to do about them... That's when I lost my temper. Instead of offering a solution, she asked me what *I* wanted to do. I was so angry that I directly called the front desk. Only then did housekeeping bring clean cups and the cleaner re-mopped the floor. When I pointed out to the housekeeping staff that the table hadn't been wiped and still had stains, the cleaner started picking at the stain with her finger, saying, 'I already wiped this table.' I asked, 'Then what are you picking at right now? Can't you just wipe it properly?' She then reluctantly got a cloth and started wiping. The housekeeping staff on my second day was excellent. But on the third day, it was those two again. When I asked if they had a sewing kit, the manager told me they didn't and to ask the front desk. After I called the front desk, it wasn't a robot that delivered it, but this person who knocked on my door and gave it to me. I was so incredibly annoyed, I wanted to curse. If I'm lying about any of this, I hope I have bad luck for a year. As for the irresponsible and negligent cleaning... you're all the same.
