The room was pretty good, clean and hygienic, and the soundproofing was excellent—not noisy at all. The front desk staff thoughtfully arranged for a room further inside, which was very considerate. I booked a family room.

I always book this hotel because it's close to the airport and has convenient parking. The main reason is that it's relatively new and the rooms are spacious. The only downside is the noise from planes taking off and landing, which can be a bit loud. The facilities and hygiene are pretty good otherwise. Recommended during off-peak season.

Their service was excellent. They even upgraded my room to one that wasn't heavily trafficked, which was a nice touch. However, the strange thing was, even though I pressed the 'do not disturb' button, I kept getting calls around 2 or 3 PM asking if I needed my room cleaned. I already knew the housekeeping staff finished at 5 PM and I'd let them know if I needed anything. Then, close to 5 PM, they called again. I figured I might as well let them clean, thinking the front desk wouldn't be so insistent the next day. But nope, I got calls again on the second and third days too. I mostly sleep during the day and kept getting woken up, which made me feel like hitting the 'do not disturb' button was pointless. Despite that, the overall service was really good.

The hotel and rooms were great, facilities were new, and it was pretty clean with good service. They even have robots deliver food! However, it's incredibly noisy. It's not far from Hongqiao Airport, so you hear the planes very loudly at night, which is really disruptive. In the morning, you can even hear people talking in the hallway, making it impossible to get any decent rest. Aside from the poor soundproofing, everything else was good.

Highly recommend this hotel! It far exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff were warm, welcoming, and very accommodating. The room was clean and bright. We had two beds and three people staying for less than 300 RMB, which even included breakfast vouchers. They also have washing machines, dryers, and fitness facilities. I can't stop thinking about it! I'm already planning to stay here again on my next trip or business travel.
