This eLong Amore Hotel is definitely a hidden gem in North Bund! The location is unbeatable, right next to Exit 1 of Pingliang Road subway station, literally a 1-minute walk away. I usually dread writing reviews for hotels, but this one truly exceeded my expectations. It's very new, yet there's no lingering new-construction smell; the air feels fresh. What's even better is that they didn't hike up prices excessively during Chinese New Year. The best part? It's right by the subway entrance, literally 50 meters away. The bed is huge, and the sofa is even comfortable enough to sleep on. Breakfast is fantastic, especially the noodles – they're absolutely delicious! Highly recommend!

We stayed for 5 days with our child and were very satisfied. The hotel is literally 0 meters from Metro Line 18, just a wall away, making transfers to other lines incredibly convenient. If you take a taxi, it's also not far from the main attractions. Being a new hotel, all the facilities are brand new. The room was very spacious and clean, and compared to many other hotels, the value for money is excellent. Breakfast was also decent; while not lavish, it had everything you'd expect: noodles, congee, stir-fries, pastries, drinks, and fruit. The best part is that breakfast is served until 12 PM, so you can sleep in, which is a huge plus! The staff were also very friendly and polite. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Shanghai.
