JI Hotel (Shanghai the Bund Shandong Middle Road)

Right outside is Nanjing Road and the Bund, and it's very close to the subway station, making travel convenient. The hotel service is as attentive as ever, and the environment is clean and tidy. It's excellent 👍 I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is super convenient for exploring all the city's attractions, especially being so close to Nanjing Road and The Bund. I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shanghai!

The room was a bit small. It's super close to Nanjing Road Metro Station Exit 3, about a 3-minute walk. Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street is just a 2-minute walk away. The Bund is about an 8-10 minute walk, and you can enjoy the beautiful architecture along the way. It's also very close to Yu Garden and the City God Temple.

The location is excellent! It's just a few steps from the subway station, and you can even see the Oriental Pearl Tower. Ordering takeout is also very convenient. The room itself is quite small, but for this prime location, I'm more than satisfied! It's clean and the service is great too.

Warm and thoughtful service, delicious breakfast, and a great location. I'll definitely be back!

The overall facilities are outdated, and the hygiene is generally poor. It happened to be the busy holiday season before the ***** New Year, which led to a noticeable drop in service quality. When checking in, even after greeting them, I wasn't asked if I needed to check in. The staff were clearly overwhelmed. My food delivery was sent to the wrong room, and the room cleaning was subpar. The only good thing about this hotel is its location; everything else doesn't meet the expected brand standards.
