The room was very clean and all the toiletries were provided, with no strange odors. The airport shuttle service was very convenient, and the surrounding environment was quiet. The front desk staff was lovely, gentle, friendly, attentive, and patient.

The shuttle service was excellent, using a brand new brown coach bus. For pick-ups from Pudong T1, it departs every hour on the hour from Gate 9 on the third floor, then proceeds to Pudong T2 Gate 15 before heading directly to the hotel, dropping off at several hotels in the vicinity. For airport drop-offs, you need to book in advance with the front desk. Departures start at 3:40 AM, also hourly. For more details, you can ask the front desk staff, who were very friendly and helpful. I even got a free room upgrade during check-in today! My room was on the third floor, about 20 sqm, very clean and tidy. The bathroom had no unpleasant odors, and the window provided good ventilation. The hotel seems to host quite a few international guests. Overall, it's great value for money and perfect for a layover stay near Pudong Airport. Within 800m, there are two dining areas: one to the northeast, the Oriental Modern Commercial Plaza on Chenyang Road, which has KFC, Tastien, Wallace, and many bubble tea shops. The other is to the west, Jiangzhen Xinduhui, with Burger King and Ba Wang Cha Ji.

This hotel near Pudong Airport was great in terms of cleanliness. It's small but has everything you need. The free shuttle service to and from the airport was excellent, running once an hour throughout the day, which was very convenient.

Given the price, the environment is somewhat acceptable. But!!! The airport transfer service was absolutely terrible!! The driver had a terrible temper, treating people with utter disdain, like he was looking down on everyone. That look of contempt was unbelievable for Shanghai in 2026. Maybe that's just Shanghai people's pride. If they can't provide a proper pick-up service, they should just not offer it. I hope they can do business more straightforwardly.

Stayed here to catch an early flight the next day. Took the subway to Lingkong Station Exit 2, then a taxi for about 12 yuan. There's a shuttle bus every hour in the morning, which was very convenient. The service was good, but there was no hot water in the room. You get what you pay for.
