Great hotel with kind and helpful staff. Very close to the metro. Rooms spacious and clean. Free coffee machine. Gym great. Will stay again.

Room is cleaned everyday and staff is very accommodating to any request from me. New mall recently opened beside the hotel, so it is easy to find stuff in the area like food and even shopping.

Love the hotel service and friendliness. The laundry is the best help for long stay. Staffs are always helpful and I'm being greeted every single time I pass by the lobby or any public area. Will definitely come back again and again!

Highly recommend this hotel as the location is very good. Quiet place for me to have a good rest and walkable distance to the metro station. Room is spacious and clean enough for a cozy stay.

The hotel's hygiene was terrible, with moths and stains in the room, it was a very poor experience.

The hotel is not near to tourist places, but very near to Hongqiao train station. There are a few shopping malls nearby and easy to get around. The staff is very responsive and helpful, room is big and clean.

Great location when you want to go to a concert at the Sports Park. Staff super friendly and clean, like very clean room. I would definitely go there again.

That’s so great, bigger room and beautiful view, so convinced to eating next to shopping mall. Stuff so kindly. It’s my first time at China but never alone because stuff alway supposed us. Thank you so much ,, you made up my best trip at China

Location is out of town. Hotel staff tell me this hotel is for those who come here to work. Nearby nothing at all. Far from city. Room is very good. Only location is bad if you are planing for holiday

This hotel is good to stay - solely for the purpose of business. There is no service - housekeeping does not clean properly and even tho we paid for the highest tier of the rooms available - when there was an issue - we had to go down to the front counter ourselves and even settle our own room change with no help from the concierge team. There are better hotels at this price point especially in China!🇨🇳
