The service in this hotel is so amazing. They are so helpfull and can speak english which helps a lot. The hotel is also clean and comfy. Breakfast is fresh and the salad dressing so tasty. Location so strategic to many tourist place. Overall so good ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Staff at the front desk upgraded us to a twin bed set up. Bathroom is very small and looks old and smells a bit weird. Convenient location

Great location, right next to Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street. The room was clean and comfortable. The showerhead had a slight leak, but overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The location is fantastic and the room is ok to fit 3 pax , just a bit inconvenient to walk 1 stair as ours are family room.

Excellent location and perfect after a long day of exploring. We enjoyed our stay at Yitel Premium in Shanghai. The location was excellent, right on Nanjing Pedestrian Road, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city and getting around. One of the highlights was definitely the bed with the adjustable 0-gravity position and massage function. After spending long days walking around Shanghai, coming back to the hotel and relaxing in that bed was fantastic! The room was comfortable and the hotel was a very convenient base for sightseeing. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, so we can’t comment on the breakfast. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Shanghai.
