The services are good in following reason:
1. Front desk is kind enough to assist booking car as I don’t have China number.
2. Free pick up from airport, suit your time upon your arrival and call.
3. Free delivery to and fro Disneyland with very good tour guide before entrance, they also form WeChat group to keep updating on where and when to get the bus.
2 things I dislike about :
1) Water heater works bad. I stay here three days on different days at different rooms. All works the same. The temperature changes every 5 seconds automatically from cold to hot. I can’t shower during my stay 🙃
2) VERY far from city I spent too much money and time on transport 🥲

Helpful staff.Hotel location is close to airport and they offer free shuttle, so no worries about getting a ride for your flight.Room is clean and tidy.Definitely will book again.

It’s really far away from everything except the airport, but that’s why we chose it. The rooms are nice enough and the river is absolutely lovely outside the hotel

The front office staff is amazingly helpful and nice. They try to help with some English, really appreciate that. Room is space and clean.

Good hotel for good money.
It's good location near for Pudong airport with free shuttle from the hotel. Good enough breakfast.
Nice staff especially Ms. Lipei, Ms. Wangmei, Ms. Liuping at reception. Special thanks to them!
I will stay there again at next trip!
