Great hotel to stay in when travelling, it’s not far from the airport. Their service was amazing, the hotel also provides shuttle but to the airport.

Great location for airport and shuttle bus is very convenient and much appreciated. Staff were super friendly and helpful which was really appreciated. Rooms themselves however did not look as if they had been properly cleaned and also smelled, which let down the stay unfortunately.

Shuttle bus available for transport to airport.
Initially room has smoky smell but we got a change in room type quickly.

Was able to check in at 9am and slept most of the day. One restaurant just around the corner with nice food. For the rest nothing in the area. Room smelled of smoke a bit what was ashame but as we where so tired we fell asleep as soon as we hit the bed. Breakfast was lovely if you like Chinese breakfast which I do. Airport shuttle available
Staff use phone app to speak to you. No one spoke English

The location of the hotel is very convenient, relatively close to the airport. The room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. The staff is very friendly. Although they don't speak English, they do everything possible to communicate with you.

Convenient and about 20 minutes away from Shanghai Airport, good enough for a layover to get some rest and catch a flight the next day. Free shuttle service as well.
