Amazing architecture and relaxing view. Definitely a go to 5 star hotel if you want to unwind from the bustling city.
Amenities and services were complete. We were provided with a personal service staff, Camille who answered all our inquiries and personal requests. My husband and I had a wonderful time here.
Although quite far from Shanghai city center, still worth the experience.

A worthwhile experience just out of Shanghai. Unique hotel with a stunning view. Their lights show is great and NYE fireworks were amazing too!

Amazing hotel room with a fish tank! Perfect amenities. Hotel service couldn’t be more helpful. Bringing extra water and ice to the room. Hotel room was extremely hot the manager brought down a fan. Breakfast was very chaotic, food was cold. All in all would 100% stay again. Cliff light show was amazing, water light show was ok.
If you want to use the swimming pool being a cap as we read on previous reviews it was needed.
Check in was good and helpful. Very busy at checkin but the manager organized the line and told people to queue rather than finding an empty desk.

everything excellent except the swimming pool need to wear swimming cap. don't forget to bring it or you need to buy from them which is overpriced ( 110-120 yuan each),

Hotel overall is very nice, just a bit limited on F&B options. We received very nice service, and a special thanks to Teresa for her excellent assistant during our stay. The light show at night is impressive.

Splendid room with views to the "lake" and rocky walls where the lightshow takes place. Spacious and clean room.
For some reason our room was incredibly warm and we couldn't cool it down.
They did all they could to assist us to resolve the issue.
